Terms of Service

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to confirmation in writing. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written acknowledgement from Flex Lifestyle Group.

2. Payment

Payment is taken in advance via our secure booking system or by invoice for account clients. Account terms are available on request.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a charge, detailed in your booking confirmation.

4. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include one hour of free waiting time from landing. Other pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting is charged at our hourly rate.

5. Conduct

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a way that threatens safety or damages the vehicle.

6. Liability

Flex Lifestyle Group is fully insured for private hire operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the journey. We are not liable for missed flights, trains or appointments resulting from circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures).

7. Aviation Bookings

Private jet and helicopter charters are brokered through third-party operators. Terms of carriage are those of the operating carrier; Flex Lifestyle Group acts as agent only.

Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate your booking: name, contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details where relevant, and payment information. We do not collect or store card numbers directly — these are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider.

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to deliver your booking and keep you informed. We do not sell, trade or share your information with any third party, other than the dispatch and driver assigned to your journey.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, to request correction or deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO. Contact us at contact@flexlifestylegroup.com for any data-related request.

Cookies

This website uses minimal technical cookies only (no tracking). Our booking platform (Fleetpilot) and payment provider may set their own cookies — please refer to their privacy policies.
